FEMA SEP Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for the FEMA SEP, the beneficiary or Authorized Rep/Caregiver must:
✅ Be affected by a declared disaster or emergency
✅ Reside or have resided in the affected area
✅ Have missed an enrollment period (IEP, AEP, or OEP) due to the disaster or emergency
