Looking to qualify and sign up for Medicaid, Medi-Cal, or CalFresh? Clever Care Health Plan and The Cambodian Family have partnered together to provide the local community with the necessary information and support they need to do just that.
The event series will begin on September 5, 2024, and will take place every Thursday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Clever Care Health Plan Community Center located at 9600 Bolsa Avenue, Suite D, Westminster, CA 92683.
