If you’re certifying on behalf of an agency, please remember that the agency principal (or a designated individual) must complete the certification process each year.

How long does certification take?
Most brokers complete the process within a few days once all documents are submitted.
What if my AHIP has expired?
You’ll need to complete the current year’s AHIP certification before you can sell Clever Care. Visit AHIP’s website to get started.
When are commissions paid?
Commission payments are processed monthly. For specific questions about your account, contact our Broker Support Team.
I’m already certified — do I need to recertify for 2027?
Yes! Annual recertification is required. Even if you don’t plan to sell Clever Care in 2027, you must recertify by December 31, 2026 to continue receiving renewal compensation.
