We’re thrilled to announce that we are continuing our Health Risk Assessment (HRA) Incentive. This applies to new member enrollments with effective dates from February 1, 2026, March 1, 2026, and April 1, 2026.
You can earn $180 for Total+, $180 for Breathe+, and $80 for Longevity.
To be authorized to sell Clever Care Health Plan, you must complete and submit the following information to initiate the “Welcome” email.
