HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., December 3, 2025 — Clever Care Health Plan, a culturally sensitive and competent Medicare Advantage plan, today announced a new provider partnership, beginning January 1, 2026, with Blue Zones Health, operating with a care model proven to improve patient health outcomes by treating the whole person.
