Clever Care offers support in seven languages, including Korean, Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Cantonese. In 2023, 84% of members preferred non-English support, with 47% opting for Korean and 21% for Vietnamese. Ramsey’s operations team provided an impressive average speed to answer of 9.6 seconds in 2023.
