Clever Care recognizes the inability to submit electronic claims through Change Healthcare at this time and encourages all impacted parties to submit electronic claims through Office Ally, or as a last resort paper claims. Please allow CMS standard 30-60 days to process depending on whether it is non-contracted or contracted entities.
