If you’re ready to enroll, you may want to consider completing our self-enrollment form. All you need is an email address to complete the digital signature. This is the fastest way to become a Clever Care member.

Messages received on holidays or outside of our business hours will be returned within one business day.

Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at http://www.medicare.gov.
