At Clever Care, we believe that taking care of your health and well-being is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. That’s why we’re excited to invite you to join our Senior Yoga Class at the Koreatown Community Center. This class is designed just for mature adults like you who want to stay active, healthy, and connected with others.

Our class is led by Stella Park, a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of teacher training. Stella is passionate about helping seniors improve their physical and emotional well-being through gentle yoga poses, strength exercises, and balance-enhancing movements. She’ll guide you through each step of the way, making sure you feel comfortable and supported.

What makes our Senior Yoga Class special is that it’s not just about exercise—it’s about building a sense of community. When you join us every Tuesday from 3:30–4:30 PM, you’ll be surrounded by other seniors who share your interest in staying healthy and active. You’ll have the chance to connect with new friends, share stories, and encourage each other on your wellness journey.

During each class, you’ll explore gentle yoga poses that can help improve your flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility. You’ll also do strength exercises using light weights and resistance bands, which can help you maintain strong muscles and bones. And because balance is so important as we age, Stella includes balance-enhancing movements in each session.

But our class isn’t just about physical health—it’s also about emotional well-being. That’s why Stella includes mindfulness, self-compassion, and gratitude practices in each session. These practices can help you build emotional resilience and find a sense of inner peace.

At the end of each class, we’ll do a calming body scan to help you relax and unwind. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and proud of yourself for taking an active step in your health journey.

The best part? Our Senior Yoga Class is accessible to everyone, no matter your experience level. Stella offers step-by-step guidance, and we provide yoga mats, knee pads, and chairs for seated or standing support. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to yoga, you’ll feel right at home in our welcoming and inclusive community.
