Managing your prescriptions just got easier. With Clever Care’s mail order pharmacy service, you can have your medications delivered right to your doorstep – no more trips to the pharmacy or waiting in line. It’s one of the many ways we’re here to support your health and wellness journey.

Having your medications delivered directly to your home means you can skip those pharmacy visits for routine refills. This service is especially perfect for maintenance medications you take regularly, giving you more time to focus on the things that matter most to you.
Save Time and Money
When you use our mail order service, you can get up to a 90-day supply instead of just 30 days at a time. This often costs less than picking up at your local pharmacy, and you’ll receive automatic refill reminders so you never have to worry about running out of your important medications.
Start using mail order prescriptions by creating an online account with our pharmacy partners. Requests covered under your 2025 plan benefits are fulfilled by Birdi.Requests covered under your 2026 plan benefits are fulfilled by Caremark.
Download the corresponding order form for your plan year and send it by mail to our trusted prescription drug partner (Birdi for 2025 requests, Caremark for 2026 requests).
