We are aware that some members are experiencing issues with their Flex Benefit Card. You may have trouble checking your balance, making purchases, or viewing recent transactions.
We want you to know that your benefits and available funds have not changed. We are working with our vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible so you can use your card normally again.
