We are pleased to share that Clever Care Health Plan Bolsa Community Center will reopen on May 27 and resume regular operations.

For routine care and regular check-ups, please contact your doctor’s office as you normally would.
If your doctor’s office is closed or you are unable to travel due to the emergency, you may visit any doctor or healthcare facility that accepts Medicare. The cost for medically necessary services will remain the same as if you were seeing your Clever Care network provider.
