Activating your grocery benefit

Some of our members qualify for a grocery benefit through our SSBCI program. If you’re a Total+ member, your grocery benefit is automatically activated. For qualifying members of our other plans, we ask that you complete the Grocery Benefit Request Form to activate your grocery benefit.
