At Clever Care Health Plan, we believe in supporting our community’s health and well-being. That’s why we’re excited to offer free, bimonthly Medicare Advantage health seminars at our Monterey Park Community Center. These informative events are designed to help seniors in Los Angeles County stay informed about important wellness topics, so you can make the most of your golden years. Join us to learn, connect with others, and discover how to live your healthiest life.
Our Medicare Advantage health seminars are held every other month at the welcoming Clever Care Community Center, conveniently located at 117 West Garvey Avenue, Suite C, Monterey Park, CA 91754. Mark your calendar for the third Wednesday of February, April, June, August, October, and December at 3:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you there and sharing valuable insights to support your health and happiness.
